Set Description
The stable working voltage of the welding station is 24 V. It must be powered by a 24 V DC power supply with an output power of 72 W or more.
MINI T12 soldering station introduction
1) temperature progress rate: P04 -temperature adjustment steps (0,5,10 degrees optional , select 1,lock the temperature of the soldering iron, the default is 10.
2) Auto sleep set: P05-auto sleep time: can be set from 1 to 60 minutes, according to self-selection, 0 means sleep is prohibited, the default is 10 minutes, the temperature is 200 degrees.
3) Automatic shut-down: p06-shutdown time(1-30-180 minutes, the default is 30 minute, 0 means forbidden, shutdown time should be longer than auto sleep time, touch button start working again),the differance between shundown and auto sleep , auto sleep-being low temperature to project the soldering iron tip from long term high temperature, quickly enter the work again shundown -smart power off, the motherboard stops working, please note that the machines is still powered on)
4) Adjustable temperature soldering tation: the adjust range is 200-450 ℃， the best working temperature is 250-320℃
5) Quick heat up function: quick heat up time < 8 seconds,when the handle isn't move, the handle will automatically sleep.

Operation method

T12 soldering iron tip
It is made of one-piece internal heating heating core. It needs to be heated at about 300°C for 30min before use to play an aging effect and the temperature is more stable.
